Our first “Beneficent Banquet” event was a success! Many thanks to those who supported this fundraiser dinner, raising money for local food insecurity programs.
We could not have done this without the help of the lively and talented Ross family. Not only did Christina Ross, and her friend Katharine teach us how to cook this incredible Indonesian festival meal, but Brook Ross shared the beautiful customs and culture of Indonesia, with music, photos and stories.
Thanks to the benefactors who attended this cooking demonstration experience. We hope you enjoyed the Indonesian experience that Brook, Christina and Katharine prepared for us.
