The Board of Mission and Social Justice shall:
- engage the congregation, individually and collectively, in the outreach ministry of the church;
- lead the outreach ministry of the church through active service and financial giving;
- identify, plan and manage specific missions relating to contemporary issues of social advocacy, peace, and justice within local, national and global contexts; and
- provide regular updates and information sessions of all activities to the congregation, coordinated with Board of Christian Education as necessary.
