provide members and friends with the information that they need to leave a permanent legacy that will support the church’s mission in perpetuity;

develop leadership capacity for the church from within the existing membership on an on-going basis;

be responsible for the prudent investment of all funds contained in the Church’s endowment fund, including both restricted and designated funds

develop, administer, and maintain personnel policies, practices, procedures and the employee handbook for all church employees and/or those volunteers who fill a position of responsibility;

attends meetings of the Rhode Island Conference of the United Church of Christ, and;
report on the meeting of the Rhode Island Conference to the congregation.
