Youth Mission Trip Information Meeting
Sunday, 1/30 (11:00am-11:30am)
Meeting ID: 946 883 3427
During this summer experience, we will be working to assist low-income, elderly and disabled individuals/households with needed home repair (along with over 100 other youth from all over the country), while staying together, playing together, worshipping together for an amazing week of spiritual growth and community service. The experience is hosted by Group Work Camps. We will be staying in state but you’ll feel like you’re in a different time and place. For more info see: https://groupmissiontrips.com/trip-types/home-repair
Rev. Jan has previously participated in two Group Work Camps weeks and can attest to the amazing experience they offer, not only hands-on help to neighbors, but connecting with other youth and growing in God.
At the informational meeting we’ll talk about the work camp experience itself, the logistics, the costs and the commitment.
If you are a Middle School or High School student interested in being of service and having a phenomenal week of connection with friends and God, please attend this meeting.
If you are an adult who might be interested in coming along as adult mentor and co-leader, please attend this meeting.
Contact us with any questions about the meeting, or if you’d like to participate, but cannot make the meeting.
